There's nothing quite like a newborn baby session.  From the parents who bring the excitement of their first baby to remembering my 3 daughters when they were this tiny.  Even if the baby is the 2nd, 3rd or more in a family ... there's this incredible sweetness and excitement that the newborn baby brings in all their tiny-ness and freshness.  I love it.

I'm so excited to have a bunch of Springtime babies to photograph.  I'm collecting all sorts of props and getting my poses figured out.

Recently I had a newborn session and was thrilled that the mama had an outfit her sister had made.  2015 is the Year of the Sheep, so she had this little knitted lamb hat and diaper cover.  There's still room for her to grow into it.
