Liam I had the distinct pleasure of taking photographs for this family of three recently at Stanford University.  Stanford is one of my favorite locations to take photos because of the hallways of columns and the interesting architecture.  Plus you never know when a random photo you take of the school will make it to an international publication (Travel & Leisure Magazine, Most Beautiful College Campuses).  Uh huh - check it out <-

And what I love about taking family portraits are the people you meet and the love they exhibit while posing.  I was totally captivated by the little boy I met for the first time.  At a little over 2 years of age, he was all smiles and had bellyfuls of laughter  and wide, wide grins.  I totally loved it.  

When we came upon a tree in a grassy area he had fun playing peekaboo with me.  I was thrilled to capture loads of his happy smiles each time he peeked his head around the tree trunk.  As you can see from one of the photos, he has a little walker to assist him.  He can get around so fast and was super happy when he was speeding by me.  I got a series of photos of him as he made his way closer to me.  What fun!  

The mom had a special little suit jacket (upper left photo) that her brother had when he was that age.  It was so special to capture him in this jacket that 'suited' him to a "T."
